Ripped me off for $37.00!

I received a letter in the mail for a preapproved credit card. Credit limit 10,000.00. To activate I needed to send in $37.00. I did so. The check cleared and no credit card. I pulled out a copy of my letter from them and realized there is no phone number or address.

I did write down the address I sent my money to: 9158 King James Dr - PO Box 569001, Dallas, TX 75356-9858
Then I went on line to see if I could find them. Only I found out this is a big scam. Help!
