Ripped me off! How do I obtain my $39.00?

Like everyone else on this site I have been duped by Capital Choice Consumer Credit. They sent me an approval letter with a cap on my account of $5,000. I sent in the money for processing, $39 for standard processing, and have been waiting for a card ever since. I decided to double-check the company online, and to my shagrin located this web site full of complaints from people who are in the same situation as me. I called my bank and explained what I had found online and asked if I would be able to recover my stolen money. For most people, all you have to do is speak with your bank, explain the situation, fill out an affadavit, and they will recover and replace your funds into your account. Good luck and if anyone would be interested in organizing, or has organized a class action suit against these rip off companies.

P.S. I located their 800 # but it always states that the database is not running, or that they are updating their files. Figures!!!
