Unauthorized charge, dishonest, fraudulant ripoff Stafford

I found a charge of $199.95 on my online statement for my checking account from about about a month ago. I called the number given for the charge, 888-868-6216, and the representative informed me that their "product" was offered with either an online purchase or an infomercial purchase.

I made no such purchase and have received nothing from them that could have justified the charge. I didn't even know who these people were. So I asked her to send me an email explaining the details of the charge and their company. She assured me she would sent that to me that day or the next.

A month later, I still hadn't heard anything from them. Curious, I looked AP9 Connections up online and didn't find anything. So I tried looking them up by their phone number and found an abundance of consumer complaintss and complaints against this company for the same activity.

I contacted my bank (5/3) immediately and am working with them (they are being very cooperative and helpful) to reverse this charge. I cancelled my card and am also making an appointment with a lawyer this week. This seriously freaked me out, having someone breaking into my account so easily, and the fact that I didn't even notice until weeks after it was done.

I want to make sure this doesn't happen again and will do what I can to see that this company is shut down and the people running it prosecuted.
