Paying for merchandise with fraudulent Stormpay funds ripoff

David Mosser (mrdavidm1@juno.com) used bogus Stormpay funds to pay for Avon products that my wife and I shipped to him. We lost $248.33 in merchandise and $273.66 in cash that we had to repay to Stormpay because we had already cashed out his payments that later were chargedback as fraudulent.

He gave us a bogus phone number and of course now does not return any of our emails. Thanks David, loser. A fraud complaint has been filed with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center at http://www.ifccfbi. Gov
