Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I received a bill also for 14.22 Mine was caused by the ADWARE program. I don't remember ever using this program, I had to manually delete it.

When I phone these people I was on hold for almost 45 minutes, then as I read I must of talked to someone polite (which he wasn't) and he said you must of made them, I explained neither my husband nor I was home this day, neither of us would call long distance which he stated at first happened by a 10-10 number then changed and said my computer did it itself, which I explained that was not legal due to I did not authorize it to do that. He did finally agree to issue a credit for this and put a block on this site. I also had to notify our phone provider Bell South, who were wonderful and reimbursed us with a temporary credit. BEWARE of adware.
