Fraudulent rebate denial! Rip-off!

I had 2 rebates for the same piece of equipment. They acknowleged one (the smaller one, naturally) but denied the big one. If they got one, they got them both - they were in the same envelope! Shame on the retailer - which is exactly where the next letter of complaint is going.
