Ripoff unauthorized withdrawals

I tried TravelAdvantage for two months and decided to cancel it. So, I called and they assured me that I would be getting a refund. That was four months ago. But, since then I've recently been charged $9.99 on my debit card. Without my permission. This is after the charges had stopped. For some reason they started back. I've since called and re-requested cancellation.

It's been 10 days since and no refunds to my account yet. They are not playing fair. And, they use the AOL logo to hook you. That makes AOL look bad too.
