Ripoff, took my money, did not come up with the product

Purchased package for $400 when I sent all the forms back to book the holiday I had paid for I received no reply. When I telephoned the number no longer existed. When I went on line the page no longer exists. Then I saw rip off and the name of the company. Not happy with the situation and want my money back I work hard and these people are trash to take money off people like this.
