INS Digital aka Starlight Camera And Video hostile, threatening and biligerent! Rip-off!

I made an order for a Minolta Z3 digital camera. Great price and easy to order online. Someone called almost immediately to verify my order. I called back and got ripped up one side and dowm the other for not buying a larger memory card. There was no reasoning with this guy named "shay shay".

I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he said he would charge me a 25% cancellation fee. I kept the order and called the company to complain. I got nothing there either, and when I called back I got what sounded like a fax machine.

So, I checked out usacomplaints.com which I wished I had done before. I then called my credit card company and let them know what was going on. They encouraged me to cancel the card and wait for another one. Thanks usacomplaints.com. I
