Beautiful Minds of Princeton Party to Fraud and Covered it Up - therapy teaching aba services

We hired this agency to provide therapy and education services for our 5 year old disabled son. After working and having a close relationship with the same therapist for close to 2 years, we discovered she was committing insurance fraud. Hours were being submitted to our health insurance company that were incorrect and many more than actually worked. We were hurt and shocked when we found this out and had to report it to our insurance company who immediately opened up an active fraud case. We notified the director of the agency who advised us that she thought this therapists time sheet for hours worked in our home was odd and didn't look right but she choose not to say anything at the time. She also advised us that the agency had no involvement in this and wanted us to notify our insurance company of such. They offered to send a replacement therapist in to begin working with our son who began shortly thereafter. This sudden change has caused severe trouble for our son who thrives on routine and consistency. He has not done well with this sudden change at all and has been regressing emotionally, behaviorally, and academically. Our family wanted to maintain some sort of consistence for our son hoping it would improve with time so we continued services with Beautiful Minds of Princeton. After working with his new therapist for aprox 2 months, we received a call from the director of the agency stating that they are no longer able to provide services to our son. No apology has ever even been offered. We have tried to discuss with them the negative impact all of this has had and will have on our son however, they treated us with absolutely no regard. We questioned their motives and if they actually had involvement in this fraud that was committed however, they will not reply. Our son has been left with no services while we struggle and try to find a replacement agency, this usually takes weeks if not months to get in home services started. We are so disappointed in Beautiful Minds of Princeton and are terribly sorry we ever gave them the benefit of the doubt. They certainly did not have our son's best interest at heart and really just wanted to cover everything up. How sad!
