Ripoff billed me for calls that I did not make telephone fraud

Same as all the other reports - received a bill from Telliss on my phone Bill - for a call I never made, followed later by a bill from 'Premier Premium Communications' for a pay-per-view website that I never saw nor heard of. PPC has billed me on invoice # 304717 for $125.00. I checked with my ISP and they said I was not on line at the time the calls were allegedly made.
I have ran some additional adware/spyware programs and I have learned that a 'trojan horse dialer program' that was installed via the internet without my knowledge. Virus scan programs did not pick it up.
Regarding Premier Premium - I don't understand why the USPS doesn't seize their PO Box and charge them with fraud.
My phone company had me no problem taking the Telliss part off of my bill - they seemed familiar with it.
Regarding Premier Premium, they have received a letter from me threatening a fraud lawsuit. My wife works for a law firm and one of the lawers will handle the case but he is toying with the idea of starting a class action lawsuit.
The US Postal Service has an online mailfraud report form I have used and recommend that anyone else with this problem should also use it: usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/MailFraudComplaint.htm
