Fraudulent billing and home computer intrusion Ripoff Fort worth

This happened to us a year ago. I filed with IFCC, but the dollar amount would not justify their investigation. These companies that are hi-jacking our computers and installing dialers are aware of this and so randomally hit computers in many states for less than $1000 at a time to insure the FBI does not pursue them.

We cannot prosecute a p.O. Box, but they can threaten to ruin credit if they are not paid. Our computer freezes, in the meantime they prompt the dialing to the U.K. Number, without anything showing on the screen. The only way to stop it is to disconnect from the wall. I expect next these hackers will use our cable tv connections to dial calls.
