Getting the financial aid money from the government

I found this school is only interested in getting the financial aid money from the government. I think something should be done and the instructor they have teaching some of these classes shouldnt be allowed to teach anything. This school should be investigated. I attending a health care program and had problems with my instructor and requested to drop the class and was told to give her another chance which I did and nothing changed. Hat I found out the reason they didnt want me to drop the class the longer I waited they didnt have to refund me the money from the class instead I was told if you drop this class you will not get your money back period! My next step is to uncover the wrong doing of this school by getting in touch with the right people to stop the scamming of students financial aid money.
