I have been ripped off bya "christian university". I attended and successfully completed all requirements for a MA degree in pastoral counseling. I applied for graduation and was told that I had "accidentally" been switched to the wrong program. I was told to re-apply for graduation and to pay a $100.00 graduation fee. However, instead of receiving my diploma, I was told that I had filled out the wrong paper work. I was told to re-apply for graduation and fill out the right paperwork.
However, when I go online to fill out the paperwork, I am given an error message that says the paperwork has already been submitted.

This had been going on for 7 months. I finished my degree just before being sent overseas, on orders. However, instead of receiving my degree, all that I am getting is the run around. No one seems to be able to solve this problem, and now I am coming up on 1 year since I have applied for my graduation.

I am very disappointed with Liberty and the POOR service I have received. I have gone up the chain of command, and no one seems to have the time to fix the "computer" glitch or send me an application that can be emailed back.
Should I sue???
