WLI Reservation Rewards
Rip-off! Unauthorized monthly bankcard withdrawals

I have been receiving unauthorized withdrawals from my bankcard for $9.00 each month towards WLI* Reservation Rewards for the past six months - After contacting the bank who gave me their 800 number - I called and cancelled my unauthorized account with them. I found out that Reservation Rewards received my credit card information from La Redoute - and online catalog company which includes Lerner, Lane Bryant and Brylane Home. This is a complete fraud because I never authorized any such billing - Reservation Rewards will claim that submitting an email address acts as a valid signature which is false.

I was told that I will be credited back the full amount within 3-5 days - I will see if they will go through on their word. Also note that I had to call three times in order to speak with an actual operator - the first two times when I pressed the key to speak with someone - I was disconnected.in the meantime, I refuse to order anything else from the Lerner/La Redoute line and plan on informing as many people as possible on this fraud.
