I am out $145

I had been not just attached around by Bill007, but freakin' DHGate! I purchased a marriage gown and due to them, I'm out $145. I've every email, day, period, title, and postmark as evidence! My tale:

I requested a marriage gown on July 20th from Bill007. Their website stated it'd consider 10-15 times to create after which 3-5 times to ship. July 18 arrived around and that I never got my purchase and so I approached the vendor. He explained (in his precise phrases with wrong spelling and all): "we-don't find your informaiton within our database." Exactly what the heck?!?!?! I offered him precise dimensions and today that you don't have my purchase??? This can be a month 5 prior to the wedding. I actually donot have time for you to mess around. I went and ordered me a at Brian's Bridal...

After I told DHGate about this, these were not useful whatsoever. They're a few of the many unintelligent people I've actually spoken with! I actually believed these were kidding about a few of the comments these were producing. Again, I've evidence of their ignorance. All-they worry about is cash... Therefore submitted a Paypal challenge which later increased to some state.

On September 2nd I obtained a within the email. I'd been purchasing wedding things like insane and so I closed... IT HAD BEEN THE $#*! Ing gown! They stated they never had my purchase, but how did they deliver the gown? Somebody was resting. The amusing thing is, it had been postmarked your day AFTER I reported towards the vendor.

I am a and cannot afford to toss cash around on TWO gowns... The state was today determined and I dropped. I'm NOT happyI am allowing everybody understand what criminals DHGate are!
