False Promise of 6 months gurantee

I activated due to their "six months assure" plan which GUARANTEES the associate if he/she's not discovered the correct one, he/she'll instantly get another six months free account. Well, it simply ended up this guarantee is only a capture. Our six months account simply got ended with no notice. I named the client attention to determine what occurred for their "six months assure", they explained they would not have the ability to supply that because of my "insufficient actions".
