Not receving mail

This website is okay. I've deficiencies in email problem. I've reported once previously.

My own target gets notifyed I've email from partner 1. I login from individual and find out I've numerous communications. I attempt to open and that I am advised I want subscribe to a three-day trial. I'm currently a paying member. Why do I've to register again.

Easily visit my web host, I will automaticlly login. And that I don't have any messages. Is that this a Fraud to obtain more cash? I'm dissatisfied, since I really could have additional options I don't learn about.
