Haven't Received Paycheck

I had been employed for just one of the Function Decoration Stylist jobs this organization had marketed online in September. I got this place since I thought that it'd be considered a large steppingstone for my profession. The very first evening of "instruction" I had been left at work to create "cold-calls" to get a most of your day as the operator visited complete working her personal chores. The 2nd day of "instruction" I had been directed on the best way to get all the agreements closed with remains, no real matter what (the dog owneris "spouse" trained that evening). A couple of days later, after no actual instruction (these first two-day were a laugh), I had been likely to maintain services, and that I was informed the operator wouldn't be there since she "did not take care of the kind of lifestyle the planned customers existed". The dog owneris "spouse" managed to get a place to inform me that my discussion (the first one I'd actually completed) was a contend disappointment till he "occurred" to part of, since (his precise phrases)..." ladies prefer to speak organization & cash having a guy..." every single day next was more incredible compared to evening before, regardless of how well I adopted his immediate directions, he were able to discover a way to inform me that I had been unable to do my work, he then explained to alter my time sheet since I had been operating way too many hours and he didn't wish to purchase those hours, I didnot. At that time he explained he could be reducing not just my hours, but my pay-as well (my new pay-rate was to become $8/time, how insulting, I've two (2) UNIVERSITY levels). It was the stage where I chose to reduce my deficits and abandon this aggressive atmosphere, to protect herself he delivered me some phony mail about me simply not being qualified enough for this work. Our last evening was July 13 and also have to not this very day (November 13) been taken care of the hours that I place in at that work.
