Use my picture without permission

I had been deliver a contact from the person who was suppose to become thinking about me. Later they assume to possess request a photograph, I had been provided an individual email address to deliver it on. After I make use of this handle to deliver the photo, i get a mail having said that "thanks for the photo". I've not provided them authorization to publish my image or I'd have deliver it towards the organization. I decided to not have my picture printed to community. But based on additional email my picture is online. I've not taken care of a account whatsoever.
