Insufficient professionalism & customer support abilities!

I'd prefer to post a remark about Goguen Photography centered out-of Cambridge, MA. Mr. Robert Goguen was the shooter for my July 18th wedding & I've yet to get my pictures. My partner & I've set stress on him for the pictures & he's been rude & unpleasant about completing our task (declaring that he'll complete it when he's time or incorporating 3-4wks to each unique time frame that he allows us). My partner & I were acutely dissatisfied in his work anyhow b/d he didnot seize the good sense team photos that any ACTUAL shooter understands to take-but b/d our big day as come & eliminated I didnot create a large deal from it & simply need my images. We are approaching our 1 year wedding t / nothing to exhibit for this & we settled him $700!!! We financed our whole wedding ourselves & we've a young child therefore cash is valuable to us & at this time we've nothing to exhibit for $700. I really hope you record this criticism. I've our related emails if you want more paperwork of his insufficient professionalism & customer support abilities!!!
