Larry Shaffer cleared some downed trees and brush after a recent storm. I paid $600. I needed some additional work that involved taking down a tree and stump grinding. Larry asked for $700 in advance toward $1500 total since it was a large job. He has not done any of the work. Numerous calls have resulted in a repayment to me of $300.00. He still owes me $400 for work that has not been done. He keeps telling me he will come and do some of the work but never shows up.
