Ripoff I really feel this guy is a fraud and should go back to school

I really feel this guy is a fraud and should go back to school. I hired him to do a home inspection on a house I was purchasing. He charged me approx. $380 to do nothing. He missed a lot of things such as ex. Cords stung a crossed back yard to run a fountain, dish washer door that dropped to the floor when it was opened, the stove is 75 to 100 deg. Off as far as temp., lights that don't work, doors that don't open and shut properly, water that drains from neighbors yard into the crawl space under the house, one of the garage door openers don't work, garbage disp. Don't work right, water spicket in back yard leaks bad, broken sprinkler heads.

There are more but I don't have all day to list them. So if you want to sell a junk pile of a house this guy can help you unload your problem. If you are the buyer don't call this guy because you could in for more than you bargained for.
