Purchased 2 x 5 qts of 5W-30 motor oil at local True Value hardware store per sales flyer with a $5.00 rebate per 5 qts on 10/5, mailed receipt and rebate form on 10/6 to MRO Rebate Program, Old World Offer #OWR10045, P.O. Box 1450, Bensalem, PA 19020-1450. On 11/7, I checked online @ myrebateonline.com for status of rebate. No record of claim, so I called them @ 866-568-9228 as per rebate form, very pleasant lady indicated no record of receipt of forms, indicated to call back in 3 days (Sat.??) to check further, took my name, address, e-mail acc't. I will call back monday and if no record I will contact my local True Value dealer and True Value Headquarters and pursue my claim.
