Angry and upset with the service! - mobile phone service

Since the 3rd of October - 2012 my mobile was in and out for repair and the matter had not resolved yet!

U2022 I paid the line rental for a full month which I did not use it at all! (From 3rd/10 to today 4th / 11)

U2022 Samsung advised me to buy and try a new battery before sending it for repair, which I did before the 3rd / 10.

U2022 I sent it repair on the 3rd/10, waited for 9 days and had to ring them to send back to me with the same fault!

U2022 Sent for the second time to repair, this time the company Regeneress sent me an invoice to pay for the repair while my phone still under warranty!

U2022 I had to spent my day off work on the phone between ringing Samsung and Regeneress, in one day I rang samsung 12 times! And God knows how many to Regeneress since the last one refuse to contact Samsung themselves! Finally agreed that I pay for the battery and Samsung pay for the repair, which is to change the battery which I know from the start is not the problem!

U2022 The phone came back faulty again, the same problem! My contract and the warranty is running out! Samsung has promised to extend my warranty in this matter for another month. %u2022 I sent my mobile for repair for third time! This time samsung nsaid " we send it to respectable repair company this time"!!!

U2022 So by now I paid for two batteries, waited for a whole month without a mobile and now I have been told to wait until 29th / 11/ 2012 if it is not repair then will think of what to do!!! From the 3rd/10 to 29th / 11, two months to sort it out and to stay without a mobile!

U2022 I waisted my days off work ringing both Samsung and Regeneress trying to solve the matter of who should pay what when they sent me an invoice to pay for the repair.

U2022 I am very disappointed and absolutely unhappy with the service so far and I don't think I should had that amount of stress over a small matter like this especially when I am dealing with a company like Samsung which to me, it means reliability and trust.

U2022I had to deal with many people over the phone, most of them were nice and professional but unfortunately some are not at all! One person called (Amma) was suggesting that I was a liar, I reported this to Ian on the same day, and another person did hang up the phone on me when I rang Saturday 27th / 10!! All this caused me a lot of stress!

U2022 I am asking who is responsible for all this and why should I had to go through that stressful time Plus dealing with some unpleasant people, although few I should say so, over the phone.
