ChimneyTechs Destroyed my air conditioner with a load of bricks and then wouldn't return my calls

These folks are the worst kind of thieves. They charged too much to fix my leak and then while replacing my chimney dropped the old bricks they were taking down 3 stories onto my air conditioner condenser unit, completely destroying the unit. The owner, Mr Jeffery Bales, promised he would fix or replace the unit but he never did either and even after I negotiated a very generous settlement with him he still refused to take my calls.

Most of the information and positive reviews posted on the net are false, and it is very hard to get in touch with this man. For instance, every search engine will give you a different address for his business and his contract does not have a business address on it.

His last known business address is 1771 Dyer DR, Bartlett, IL but I am unsure if this is still an accurate business address (it is a rental house where he lives) as the certified mail I sent there was returned undelivered.
