Windows and doors installed improperly allowing rain water behind siding and rotting all walls of home

I purchased an Indies house mobile home in 2002. No real problems until recently the sheetrock beneath a window was damaged and during repair it became apparent that a leak from outside caused the damage. During inspection the leak was revealed as an improperly installed window.
As all windows were installed in the same method further investigation showed that all windows had been leaking from day of purchase and all walls by windows were completely rotten causing 50%of all exterior walls to be damaged beyond repair.
