Company puts employees before customers

Power HRG places its workers before its clients, also it exhibits.

I had been planned with an appointment for an estimation with Energy this morning (10/16) at4:30. The visit was created a week ago. Yesterday I obtained a phone saying I had a need to verify the visit; it appeared just like a waste of my period, but I believed, okay, I imagine I Will simply attempt to get it done like a courtesy for them, despite the fact that I'm like they must be those attempting to create things easier for me personally. And so I named today. First I've Rob, the founding associate, let's assume that I've nothing more straightforward to do than stay below and tune in to him yap: "Although I've your interest, I would like to let you know about some of our current achievements..." The arrogance! Like his clients all have time for you to stay around hearing tracks of him bragging about his organization! I nearly could not think that the man might have the audacity to spend my time like this. Then your first real individual who responded my phone could not verify my visit, therefore he submitted my phone to another person... Who also could not verify my visit. Then after placing me on-hold, this second-person advised the individuals who might verify my visit weren't available! Incredible! The corporation truly believes its clients have nothing more straightforward to do?!? I had beennot requesting them for-anything, I was simply attempting to do the things they questioned me to complete, plus they managed to get so hard that I simply terminated the visit instead.

I did so have my windows changed by Energy in July and also the windows themselves are good. But I actually do think at this time they were WAY expensive. I want we'd eliminated with another person and preserved a large number of pounds. I'm unhappy with this particular organization. It would appear that they do place their workers before their customers, also it affects the customers. If you're considering purchasing their services and products, please realize in advance they donot worry about you, they just worry about maintaining their position whilst the greatest spot to function. I'd recommend searching elsewhere.
