We recently bought a new Ryah Home in Huntersville, NC.
It has not been two months and we have had a myriad of problems with it. We have 3.5 bathrooms, and in 3 of them sinks were leaking. The plumber had to come out 3 times, and one of them still leaked. We replaced the washer and the problem was resolved. Then we had leaks in the ceiling, which turned out to be due to a pinhole in a plumbing supply pipe, they had to tear out the wall and repair it.

Then our roof leaked in 3 out of 5 vents, that also appeared on our second floor ceiling. The roofer came out 3 times and leaks still presisted. I could literally see the light when i looked up in the roof, they must have forgotten to caulk the vent openings. We also have drainage problem in our yard, they did work on it twice, and the landscaper is either stupid or does not give a damn about it and while fixing one part, he ruins the other part.

As I am writing this, i have yet another appointment with them to come out and look at it. It is 21st century and with the latest laser grading technology this should not be an issue. However, they can't seem to rectify the problem. The water now is damaging our sod. THe project manager knows my cell phone number in his sleep probably. I had to talk with them literally 2-3 times every week, since we move din 2 months ago!

They are trying to get the job done quickly and by minimizing their costs they provide defective materials and very poor wormanship. I will never build with them again and never recommend to anyone to buy a Ryan Home. If they do not resolve this issue soon, I will consider talking with an attorney
