Will not repair properly, poor quality

History Maker was very good in the beginning. Once our house was built, they were done with us. We have had their warranty technician out several times for the same reason and his answer is it is normal and he uses tile and bath caulk to repair cracks outside in hardiboard planks. Our neighbors have alot of issues to and the vice President came out and they showed him the repair outside on my home and he said it looked terrible but did not contact me or anything. Buyers beware! I work for a service center and if I did my job this poorly I would get fired. All they wnat is it to make it past that one year warranty and they won't mess with you. Never will I build a house with AN Industry Leader Builder.
