Bed Defense sells a plastic disk they claim will attract and kill bed bugs. The customer is instructed to place the disk under the bed and bugs will be reduced or killed off.
The product does not work. I have incurred over $1,000.00 in hospital bills, treating my son for bed bug bites after using this product as directed.
It is impossible to contact Bed Defense. No replies to emails, USPS letters or FAX transmissions. The company's address keeps changing. My repeated written requests for the additional product that I ordered have been ignored.
