Not going to name names they know who they are

Called one hour on 4-11-11 to check the air system on a house we just bought was told needed a new one. So we met with the sales rep and he walked us though the sales pitch. He went on and on about no other company can offer the warranties they do so we bit. We asked if there was anything else we would need like duct work and the rep said nope duct work checked out fine and the install team will be here tomorrow morning. It was more like mid afternoon but ok they installed a 15seer 2 1/2 ton amana goodman heat pump. Took the install guys close to 10 hrs to do the change out. Shorten this story some. Since then we have had one hour out to the house close to 20 times they have replaced the condenser the airhandler the duct work (we didnt need) at a sum of $3500 (we got a deal (B.S.) GOT RIPPED OFF) and now replaced the complete system with a 3 ton mix match 14 seer system. They installed a carrier airhandler and a bryant compressor. The compressor was a 13seer and they told me with this top of the line airhandler it would make it 15seer. After i called carrie and bryant both and spoke to there senor staff they both told me that fist the system was there bottom of the line basic system and on a perfect day the system would never do a 15seer. They provided me the AHIR certificate to prove it. I have made many calls to the offices their manager (no names) accused me of damaging the unit in not so many words. I can go on and on. But i wont. Bottom line i now have a POS 3 ton system running at 13 maybe 14 seer eating up my electric bills went from $150 to over $210. The unit blows hot air and they have refused to return my calls or speak to me on this matter. So let this be a lesson to all please do your home work with a/c companys
