Washers and dryers don't work. One of the two dryers did not work for the 2 years I stayed at Mount Vernon Square. The fridge had an issue the first day I moved in and they came to fix it after I submitted a service request over the phone. When I go to the office to submit a service request they would write a note on a sticky note and there is no service completed. When they perform service they would steal food from the fridge. Be careful about the utility bills because it looks like they just make up some numbers and send you a bill. When I was out of town for 3 weeks and came back I got a bill that was higher than the previous month while I was home and using the water and gas.
