Horrible! - mr. Handyman

I utilized Mr. Handyman in New Castle County, Delaware to perform small repairs on my rental property. They performed the job and my tenant informed me of a mistake that was made. After 2 months of phone calls from the local franchise and corporate headquarters, the problem is still not repaired. I get the run around (we'll be there next week). This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I would NEVER use them again. The owner's name is Keith. If you call that one, RUN!!
