My neighbor upstairs had a water leak which also affected my ceiling and walls. Her husband rented some machines to help dry out the wall and ceiling; however there was still a stain and a bad odor for a little while. When I called HomeServ I had many questions to ask and the person I talked to was very helpful and patient answering all of the questions I had. I had a technician come to my apartment to look at the damage. The Technician explained everything to me and then proceeded to use other machines to help dry out the wall properly. You guys were very helpful on the phone. Then I set up an appointment for a technician to come to inspect. I was so happy with the results that I actually had my neighbor upstairs call HomeServ to have the wall cleaned properly.
