T/a m&f interiors took 3700 off my family and my son is sewverley disabled

In april i started for a company as a delivery driver, delivering fitted kitchens all over the uk. The owner mr fratis was a con man which i didnt know at the time. They had a call centre and would call people and bully them into taking out fiance on kitchens. I worked there till feb 10 when i went into work one morning and the company had stopped trading. He owed me 3700 in wages and holiday pay. My rent was due on the same day, ive a severly disabled son. If it wasnt for my mum who herself is a pensioner we would have been homeless. I took him to a tribunal and won, they sent the baliffs in but nothing was in the companies name he had changed all the assetts over, so i couldnt get anything. While he now lives in a 900,000 house and has started up a new company in a different name.
