Mr parr sr., bob parr, alex parr, owners of @futurama home furniture 1855 central avenue, yonkers, n.Y. 10710 tel 914 7934560 alledged customer service tel 718 4458790 ext 27, fax 718 4452275, delivered broken sleigh bed and inoperative armoire, which we paid $5358.37 on 0ct 26 and arrived broken and inoperative. Order no 304406. Till date jan 17, they have not fixed, repaired, redelivered, corrected or made any good will atempts to rectify the matter. Ms rose levy at customer service refuses to pick up the bed. Owners have been sent certified/registered letter, faxes, to no avail. Customer service puts us on hold and does not return telephone calls. Telephone calls and messages left for mr ed cabrera mgr., remain unanswered. He says it is out of his hands. Meanwhile this was a sweet sixteen gift for a child who now has to sleep on the floor, has no access to her bedroom, and can't study. Parents are displaced from their sleeping quarters and there is a new born baby in the home. We are at our wits end. We have paid for the sleigh bed in full and inoperative armoire and have been sold, used, broken goods. Possibly the floor sample. They have repeatedly stated that they will not pick up the bed. On 12/28/01 ms rose levy said pick ups would be scheduled after the holidays.
