Ripoff Scam

I placed an order with House Dressing Furniture on 2/9/01 for bedroom furniture in the amount of $3,128.00. I made a credit card deposit of $100 and then mailed them a check for half the total, which they promptly cashed. I was told it would take 8-12 weeks for my order.

Needless to say, I still have no furniture and my young sons are sleeping on mattresses in the floor. I have made multiple calls in regard to my order, but have only spoken to an actual person 2 or 3 times. I have left messages for the customer service person ("Christy"), the store manager and my salesperson many, many times, but no one will return my calls. "Christy returned my call once.

I have been told by "Christy" that my order would be arriving the last of April, the first of May, the last of May, the first of June, the last of June and the first of July. NO FURNITURE!

I have sent letters to the store owner, store manager, my salesperson, customer service, yet have had no response. I just told them I want either my furniture or my money so I can buy furniture somewhere else!

This store has absolutely worthless customer service! I'm fed up with these people and I'm tired of having my boys sleeping on the floor and having no where to put their clothes!
