Water removal and restoration

ServPro did a great job removing the water but didn't live up to their promise of making it %u201CLike it never even happened.%u201D They made promises they couldn't keep, didn't finish work they promised to do. Didn't meet schedules they promised to keep. Didn't keep us informed when things started going bad. Had sub-contractors do work that had to be redone, damaged items while doing water removal and restoration and didn't fix them.
