Really unprofessional and that I WOn't employ them for almost any function particularly plumbling. Spoke towards the operator Tommy Guirkin on 9-5-12 and he was rude, belittling and he actually hung-up on me. I talked to him in regards to a problem regarding components they substitute on my tub tv. He declined to ensure or provide a warrenty, not really for that component & function his organization did.
