Tree harvester fails to restore my driveway

During March, Middle Pine Wood, LLC (MTT) gathered the timber from my home. MTT quit the highway resulting in my property in horrible situation which managed to get exceptionally problematic for me to make use of same highway to gain access to my home. MTT suggested that it'd return and recover same highway to its initial problem. Up to now, MTT has didn't achieve this.

On April 10, MTT was delivered a notice on my account by my then-attorney. This notice required that MTT instantly regrade same highway in a fashion acceptable in my experience no later compared to end-of this month. Up to now, MTT has didn't achieve this.

Actually, I've been compelled to truly have the work completed to displace my highway to its initial problem. Not just did I get a lawyer charge of $75.00, but I also needed to spend $824.29 for grading the street, the gravel and distributing the gravel: to get a complete price in my experience of $899.29.

On August 7, I delivered a notice to MTT via Priority Email describing the above mentioned info along side copies of files confirming my costs above of $899.29. I also required that MTT pay me for same costs by June 18. Up to now, I've obtained no reaction from MTT.
