Diane Tweedy / Useppa Holdings Big Shot Business Man takes advantage of his decking contractors (in numerous ways)

We are a small family run decking firm and we installed a custom deck terrace for this individual back in 2008 at his multi million dollar condo complex on the top penthouse overlooking the downtown GTA core skyline. Gorgeous project and excellent results.

Services were rendered and when it came time to pay, Tweedy tried bartering with products and discounts on the products instead of money but we could not accept as we had security, payroll, etc tied up into the job. Later he finally admitted to owing after we drove up to Toronto to see him and settle up unfinished business but he still has not paid his balance on account which has costed us huge over the course of time. We are not a bank nor a money lending institution. Just a small decking company that lives job to job and depends on every dollar we cna make to survive and keep the lights on in the shop.

We have been fighting a long legal battle with Tweedy over the course of all these years to date and just recently got our lien matter thrown out from the superior courts as we could not afford the legal fees any longer and have no clue on how to finish the battle as we were self representing ourselves with no expeirnce whatsoever with no legal representation.
