Rip-off! Took money for windows and never order them, won't return calls, hasn't finished my house

I hired Gerard Healey to replace my roof, replace my siding and all new windows. He started the job on June 28 and has not completed my house. I gave him money for windows on June 22 and just found out he never order them. He has not completed 50 persent of the work yet and is now September 27.

I went all summer with no screens or storm windows and now it seems I will go all winter the same wasy. He won't return any of my call or Mail that has been sent to him. I have had a dumpster in my driveway since June and it is starting to sink in. I hope no one will ever hire this man again. His add in the phone book said he was a meber of NAHB with is fraud he was never a member.
