I'm been trying to get them to come out to repair my sectional sofa for two year to repair the spring is still broken I stains on it and both of recliner on my sectional are broken the handles are missing they claim that they had to order and it take 8to12 week been seen last year. Think I such get a lawyer and them. You paid warranty on your furnture you shouldn't have a problem with I'm tried of sorry company. I file report with BBB and didn't do anying good at all.
