Brady Watson sold a ktchen and bath gave half the money down $15,350.00 and never recieved cabinets

The owner of great southern kitchens wich was Brady's kitchen and bath then sold my wife and I a kitchen and bath from Brady and were asked to give half the money down upon signing the contract. We wrote a check for $15,350.00. Brady cashed the check the next day.

Brady and another man came and riped out our bath and kitchen. They came back a few days later and put half of the bathroom in. Those would be the last cabinets we recieved. I started calling brady watson and he claimed to be a christian and was having some family problems that he was comimg by to talk with us. He came in and sat on our couch and started crying and askiung us to pray with him and he was going to make things rite. I said ok and my wife stood up and said she didnt care about his problems that either the cabinets or the money was to be done by the end of the following week or she would call the police.

That made brady very mad upon wich he started cussing both my wife and I and said we wouldnt get a g* damn thing and stormed out of our house. At the end of the next week we called the police and filed a report. Cherokee county sherrifs office sent a patrolman out and took the report wich is available at the court house in cherokee county incedent report 09-37382. We went to court and brady admitted to spending our money on personal bills car payment, mortgage payment, etc. He was granted bail and got out and immediatly filed bankruptcy and the assistant D.A. Said there was nothing she or i could do. I lost all of the money and had to pay another cabinet company to do the work.

I have since found out I wasnt alone that he had done this before that this was his third bankruptcy and every time he does this (every 7 years) he steals as much as posable and then bankrupts. He left owing the landlord of his showroom over $30,000.00 and the cabinet maufactuer over $80,000.00. He is a con man that will use any means he can to get you to trust him he evan trotted his wife saying she was dying of lupas if another lie if you are a christian he will recite scripture. So run if you see him coming. You can veiw all this at the cherokee county courthouse records department on the bottom floor of the courthouse there are public computers you can use to veiw these reports
