Thomas Michaelis, Gary, Scott? Too many chiefs. Promised Highest Service and Quality, made me sign contract, took my insurance money and still waiting

I'm a victim of these guys and would like to save another person from being a victim as well. They start as door knockers trying to help you with your roof with a salesperson later on after the fact that is not licensed contractor.

Knowing my roof damage from the Dec 01 wind in Davis County, UTAH was still in need of repair, they suckered me into signing an agreement for the full scope of the insurance proceeds. I thinking they are established in the community and at first the salesman was professional, after signing, I no longer see the guy and is passed on to another fellow whom contacts you a few months after the signing of the paperwork.

I called to cancel and they now threaten to charge 25% of their hidden fees small fine print contract. They are not obviously customer oriented because I did not hear from them for months, and threaten me that I either go with their company or I pay 25% cancellation fee.

On top of that, they have my $5000.00 insurance money as deposit to work on my home already. I need help. If I don't get any help, at least this is a Beware notice of this scamming company, and I am out the money and would need to pay for the repair myself from my own pocket.

I also found out they are from Arizona originally, brought out some illegal immigrants from AZ to UT and used a contractors license out here in UT to legally do business until someone shuts them down and they do it again in a different state with their illegal immigrant workers while taking peoples money and leaving their home unfinished/untouched with your money.

I was told they legitimately do some homes in the neighborhood to give the customers somewhat of an assurance. Beware or become a victim like myself.
