Refuse to fix warranty work

I installed an AC with these people in June. They didn't install it properly and when I called it took a month of pleading and plodding for them to come out. This year, again I had a warranty problem and called both the office and the company. This was 2 weeks ago and neither of them have returned my call. This company is horrible. I hope they go under. They've cost me hundreds of dollars in repair because they refuse to come out and do warranty work.
