Joe Tully of TCI Power won't spend us for function we conducted in March. ($10,900.00) the task was using the Ma Vet Center 665 Beacon St, Boston MA

They certainly were compensated entirely from the Virginia middle, but didn't spend their sub contractor (us). We're in risk of dropping our company due to non payment. He will not contact us back or create any type of conversation. These kind of businesses have to be halted.
