Required 24 months to construct house. Didn't provide on any guarantees made. Horrible Customer Support.insufficient understanding of city rules. Remaining workin house imperfect. Attributed city of oysterbay to be sluggish on providing permits, homeowners of house needed to visit city many times to obtain permits completed that have been subsequently posted by city within days. Not sincere!!! Saturated in reasons!!! While people say dont trust a company... Hear!!
