Stamps.com
Misleading - charged for unwanted service membership

Construction & Repair

They mailed a promotional packet but it was misleading what you're signing up for. I got charged $10 for a "free gift" scale and the only indication there would be a charge was my order summary emailed to me. It was not clear at all on the page itself that it was what I was ordering. Nor did I want to sign up for a monthly service.

When I called to cancel both, they would not refund it. So now I have a scale that I paid $10 for and have no use of.
